Better Movement for Everyone

Founded in Leeds with a single purpose: to bring high-quality myofascial release tools and stretching equipment to the UK market — built for durability, designed for real bodies, and made to last.

01 // Mission

From Leeds to the UK: Tools for Every Body

We believe everyone — from seasoned athletes to those just starting a body stretching routine — deserves access to tools that support natural recovery and movement.

Release Hub started in the heart of Leeds with a clear gap in mind. The UK market was awash in low-density foams and thin bands that lost shape after a few sessions. We saw room for something better — equipment built around the principles of density, ergonomic shape, and practical function rather than flash.

Our collection reflects what we would use ourselves. High-density foam rollers that hold their shape under daily pressure. Resistance bands that snap back after hundreds of pulls. Massage balls with the right surface firmness to target tight spots without slipping. Every piece serves a role in a recovery or mobility protocol — no filler, no gimmicks.

We don't just sell products. We provide the means for you to take control of your physical well-being — with tools that work hard, last long, and fit real routines.

Whether you are setting up a home gym, following a stretching for beginners programme, or adding post-workout recovery to an existing training plan, the equipment should support — not frustrate — your effort.

02 // Quality Standards

Commitment to Quality Recovery

The fitness gear market is flooded with low-quality plastics and foams that compress, crack, or lose shape within weeks. We take a different route. Every myofascial release tool and piece of stretching equipment in our shop is selected to withstand the demands of daily, repeated use — not just the first session.

Our high-density foam rollers are dense enough to hold their form under body weight without going spongy. Our resistance bands and fitness bands use high-grade latex that resists thinning and snapping. Each muscle massage roller, peanut massage ball, and massage ball is checked for surface firmness, grip, and structural integrity before it earns a place in the collection.

If a tool does not hold up under the pressure of a real recovery routine — rolling, pressing, stretching, repeated day after day — it does not make the cut. That is the standard we apply to every item, from the smallest massage ball to the largest back support cushion.

Selection Criteria

What We Evaluate

  • Material Density

Foam and latex must hold shape under sustained load.

  • Surface Durability

Roller textures must resist flattening and cracking over time.

  • Functional Benefit

Each tool must serve a clear role in a recovery routine.

  • Ease of Use

Equipment should be intuitive for home users, not just professionals.

03 // UK Community

Supporting the UK Fitness Community

Based in Leeds, we serve movers across the United Kingdom — from home gym builders to runners, desk workers to seniors working on daily mobility.

Contact Our Team
A

Local Presence

Operating from Leeds means shorter delivery routes across England, Scotland, and Wales — and a support team that understands UK training conditions, including damp-cold mornings that tighten joints.

B

Responsive Support

If you are choosing your first foam roller or upgrading to a muscle massage roller, our team helps you match the tool to your routine — Monday through Friday, 9:00 to 18:00.

C

Built for UK Conditions

From damp garages to unheated spare rooms, UK home gyms face conditions that wear down cheap gear fast. We source materials — high-density EVA foam, high-grade latex bands, dense cork surfaces — that hold up in the real environments where our customers actually train and recover.

04 // Gentle Fitness

A Focus on Gentle Fitness and Inclusive Movement

High-intensity training is not for everyone, and recovery is a universal need. That is why our range includes a significant selection of gentle fitness equipment — for seniors building a daily mobility practice, for desk workers relieving a stiff back, for anyone returning to movement after a long break.

Mobility tools for seniors, soft-surface yoga mat and pilates mat options, lower back relief tools, and joint mobility equipment all have a place in the collection. Physical maintenance should be a calm, stress-free experience, and having the right tool — the right density, the right surface, the right shape — makes that possible at any age and ability level.

If you are looking for safe exercises for knees or a gentle body stretching routine, our equipment supports gradual, controlled movement — not forced range or aggressive pressure. The goal is steady progress over time, not instant transformation.

05 // Recovery

The Importance of Muscle Recovery

Recovery is the most overlooked part of a fitness routine. We are passionate about changing that.

01

Better Performance

Proper post-workout recovery — foam rolling, targeted massage, stretching — helps muscles return to full range. When you recover well, your next session starts from a better baseline.

02

Fewer Interruptions

Tight, under-recovered tissue is what sidelines most training plans. A consistent routine with the right myofascial release tools helps you relieve muscle tension before it forces a break.

03

Better Quality of Life

Movement should feel good — not just during a workout but when you stand up, reach, walk, and sleep. Prioritising recovery with the right knee support sleeve or back stretching tool is how you get there.

By providing professional-grade muscle massage roller options, knee support sleeve products, and back support cushion designs, we make it easier for people to prioritise their post-workout care at home — without booking a session or travelling to a studio.

06 // Sustainability

Sustainability Through Durability

We believe the most sustainable product is the one you only have to buy once. Cheap gear that compresses, cracks, or snaps within months ends up in landfill and forces another purchase. That cycle is wasteful — for your wallet and for the environment.

By focusing on durable materials — high-density EVA foam that holds its shape, high-grade latex for our fitness bands, dense cork and silicone surfaces for grip — we reduce the need for frequent replacements. A roller that lasts five years replaces five rollers that lasted one.

Buy better, buy less — that is the philosophy central to how we select every item in our inventory. We want our equipment to be a long-term fixture in your wellness routine, not another piece of gear you replace next season.

07 // Selection Process

Our Expert Selection Process

Every item in our shop is there because it serves a specific purpose in a body stretching routine or recovery protocol. We do not believe in filler products.

STEP A

Identify the Need

We start with a real recovery or mobility problem — a tight calf, a stiff thoracic spine, a wobbly plank. Then we find a tool that actually addresses it.

STEP B

Evaluate Function

Each peanut massage ball, pilates mat, and knee brace for sports is tested for grip, density, stability, and ease of use. Does it do what it claims?

STEP C

Check Longevity

We assess material resistance to compression, surface wear, and repeated stretching. A tool that fails in week three does not make the collection.

STEP D

Confirm Clear Benefit

If a tool does not provide a clear benefit for muscle recovery or flexibility — if it is a novelty, a copy of a better tool, or a solution looking for a problem — it does not make it into our collection. We would rather offer fewer options that all work than a sprawling catalog of mediocrity.

STEP E

Test in Real Routines

We put tools through actual foam rolling exercises, stretching for stiff back sessions, and safe exercises for knees before approving them.

08 // Home Users

Empowering Home Users

You should not need a professional studio to take care of your body.

Foam Rolling Exercises

Release Hub is dedicated to providing the tools and knowledge required to perform effective myofascial release and stretching at home. By making professional-quality equipment available for residential use, we help our customers integrate physical maintenance into their daily lives — without expensive memberships, travel, or scheduling around a studio's hours.

A foam roller in your hallway, a set of massage balls by your desk, a back support cushion on your office chair — these are the small interventions that add up. You do not need an hour and a dedicated space. Ten minutes with the right tool, applied consistently, does more than an occasional hour with the wrong one.

Our goal is to make that possible: the right tool, clear guidance, and a routine that fits a real schedule. Whether you are learning how to release muscle knots for the first time or refining a long-standing recovery practice, the equipment should support — not complicate — the process.

09 // Looking Forward

Looking Toward the Future

As the understanding of movement and recovery evolves, so does our product range. We are constantly looking for new joint mobility equipment and innovative stretching tools that can help our customers move more freely — whether that means a new foam roller density, a redesigned massage ball surface, or a knee support sleeve with better hinge alignment.

Our commitment remains the same: to be the UK's most trusted source for high-quality, non-invasive recovery gear. We are honoured to be part of your journey toward a more mobile and active life.
